NEW ACCOUNT OPENING: REGISTRATION PROCESS

  1. Visit your nearest bank branch or agent providing HelloCash Services
  2. Complete the HelloCash account opening registration form
  3. Provide valid photo ID
  4. Agent/bank teller initiates your HelloCash registration using their mobile phone
  5. The helloCash system will call your mobile phone and ask you to do the following information:
    • Choose preferred language
    • Speak Full Name to provide an audio recording of your
    • Carefully select your 4-digits secret PIN for your helloCash account
    • You will receive an SMS to confirm HelloCash will create your account and

Congratulations! You can now start to use your HelloCash service using your mobile phone!

DEPOSIT

Visit your nearest bank branch or agent HelloCash service provider
  1. Provide your cash amount together your ID card to the Agent/Bank Teller.
  2. Agent/bank teller sends the same amount of money to your mobile phone.
  3. The agent/bank teller fills a transaction receipt and gives you stamped and signed transaction receipt.

Transaction completed. You get SMS confirming the transaction. You sign on transaction log form of the agent and agent returns your ID.

TRANSFER

  • Enter in *[number]#
  • Press Option “3” to Transfer [Send] Money
  • Enter the mobile phone number of the person you want to send a transfer (ex. 09112345678)
  • Next, Enter #
  • Enter the amount ($) you want to transfer
  • Next, Enter # (ex. 500#)
  • The helloCash system will call you back immediately to confirm the transaction
  • Enter your four (4) digit secret PIN passcode to complete the transfer

You and the receiver will receive an SMS confirming the transfer.

WITHDRAWAL

  1. Visit your nearest HelloCash services provide
  2. Provide your ID to the agent/bank teller.
  3. Call “Short Code No.”, Select transfer option.
  4. Enter helloCash agent’s mobile number as provided
  5. Enter the amount for withdrawal from your helloCash account
  6. You will receive a call from the helloCash system to confirm the transaction
  7. Enter your 4-digit secret helloCash passcode
  8. Transaction completed.
  9. You will receive a SMS confirming the transaction.
  10. The Agent or bank branch teller will dispense the amount in cash and provide you with a receipt
  11. Sign transaction log form and withdrawal slip provided

PAY FOR SERVICES

How to process bill payments from your HelloCash account
  • Call “Short Code No.”
  • Press 3
  • Enter the phone number of the (merchant) you want to transfer the money
  • Enter the amount of money you want to transfer, then press # key.
  • The system will disconnect the call.
  • The system will call you back immediately to confirm the transaction.
  • Enter your Four (4) digit secret PIN code to send the money
  • You will receive an SMS confirming the payment.

CHECK BALANCE

  • Option No 1- Call “Short Code No.” , Press 1, Enter your Four (4) digit PIN code and listen to your balance
  • Option No 2- Call “USSD No” and select option 2, Enter your Four (4) digit PIN code and check your Balance.
  • Option No 3- call customer support and ask for account balance.
